Letters of Standing

Letters of standing will inform individuals of your current enrollment status, as well as academic standing. Please note that ranking information will not be included on a letter of standing. Students who would like to send a document with ranking information must do so by ordering an official transcript and indicating that rank should be included in the final product.

Students interested in receiving a letter of standing must send a written request in the form of an email to the Registrar’s Office (registrar@law.whittier.edu). In this email, please include the name of the individual to whom the letter should be addressed, as well as the physical address where you would like the letter of standing to go (if you would like the document emailed, please provide an email address).

Letters of standing will be processed in 1-2 business days from receipt of the official request. Please note that rush processing is not available for letters of standing, and all documents will be sent via standard USPS mail.
