Whittier Law School Professor I. Nelson Rose was quoted in a Boston Globe article on hardball tactics used by two Connecticut casinos in going after unpaid gambling debts.

“Frankly, I have not heard of any casino company that goes after homes,” said Whittier Law School professor I. Nelson Rose, an international expert on gambling law. β€œIt’s really extreme.”
