Kenneth A. Lee, Esq. Joins Tully Rinckey PLLC as Senior Associate in San Diego

Brings Additional Experience in Military Law to Firm’s Growing West Coast Office


November 17, 2014 – San Diego, CA. – Kenneth A. Lee, Esq. has joined Tully Rinckey PLLC as a senior associate in the firm’s San Diego office.

Mr. Lee joins Tully Rinckey PLLC from Brewster & Lee, P.C. in Carlsbad, Calif., where he was partner.

Mr. Lee has more than a decade’s experience with military law as a member of the United States Marine Corps and the Marine Corps Reserve, including service as a Deputy Staff Judge Advocate for I Marine Expeditionary Force, a Battalion Judge Advocate, as well as a military prosecutor. He conducted and supervised investigations regarding criminal matters, and also served as a defense counsel in more than 70 cases. While serving in Iraq, he supervised detention operations, as well as coordinated the establishment of local judiciary systems in conjunction with local Iraqi judges.

A graduate of Whittier College School of Law and California State University at Los Angeles, Mr. Lee has practiced law before the California Superior Court, U.S. District Court and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. His work included managing contracts, litigation, leases, arbitrations and intellectual property matters for businesses, and he also served as a trial lawyer at Waters & Kraus, LLP in Los Angeles, where he successfully litigated wrongful death and personal injury cases.

Admitted to the bar in California and admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Southern District of California, the Central District of California and before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, Mr. Lee continues to serve as a member of the United States Marine Reserves, where he holds of rank of lieutenant colonel.
