“Sofia Vergara’s former fiance is pursuing custody of two frozen embryos. The Vergara-Loeb odyssey began when the couple visited a fertility clinic in 2013. Reportedly, the pair underwent in vitro fertilization with the goal of someday co-parenting any resulting offspring. As is now standard in the assisted reproductive technologies (ART) field, the intended parents signed an agreement setting out their mutual understanding should they part ways shy of a Hollywood ending….If Sofia wants to avoid procreating with Nick, rare is the judge who would force this face upon her.”
