Professor I. Nelson Rose was quoted in an NBC News article about issues around the rising popularity of e-sports, and gambling. He specifically talked about the potential for match-fixing as the popularity of gambling on e-sports grows.

“It could devastate a sport,” I. Nelson Rose, an expert on gambling law at Whittier Law School, told NBC News. “It could prevent it, or at least delay it by years, from being generally accepted.”
