Professor Betsy Rosenblatt quoted in BNA article about Supreme Court Aereo Decision

Betsy Rosenblatt, a law professor at Whittier College, Costa Mesa, Calif., called this decision “a very reasonable corollary to Aereo—essentially saying that to the extent Dish does what Aereo does (i.e., publicly perform the work by sending it to multiple users), Dish has permission to do so.”

Furthermore, Rosenblatt said, that the decision “is also consistent with the weight of authority that ‘making available’ does not itself constitute a violation of the distribution right.”
