Frank Orozco Jr. received his J.D. from the University of California, Davis School of Law, where he was active in both the Immigration and Prisoner’s Rights Clinics. He was accepted into the United States Department of Justice Attorney General Honors Program during his final year of law school and was hired into the Immigration and Naturalization Service. He worked as a trial attorney for the I.N.S. for two years. In 1999, Professor Orozco took a position with the Los Angeles City Attorney’s Office. In his position as a Deputy City Attorney, he has worked extensively in both the criminal division and civil divisions.
In addition to his busy career as a Los Angeles City Attorney and part-time Adjunct Professor, Frank Orozco Jr. is also an avid baker. In 2004, he received a certificate in Patisserie and Baking from Le Cordon Bleu/California School of Culinary Arts, in Pasadena, California.
