Prior to joining Whittier Law School, Bryce practiced complex commercial litigation at a large international law firm and healthcare litigation at a Los Angeles-based boutique firm. His pro bono practice included work with public benefits, tenant/landlord disputes, and same-sex marriage. Bryce also clerked at the United States District Court for the Central District of California.

Bryce received his J.D. from UCLA School of Law, where he was Editor-in-Chief of The Dukeminier Awards Journal of Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity Law, a Distinguished Advocate in the Moot Court Honors Program, and the El Centro Clinic co-chair for the HIV/AIDS Legal Services Alliance. Bryce currently sits on the board of directors of the Center for Health Justice and is a member of The Williams Institute’s L.A. Leadership Council.
