Professor Jason D. Cohn is a highly experienced attorney and entrepreneur. Over the past 18 years, Professor Cohn has worked in diverse fields of law, including complex business litigation, criminal defense and since 2008, exclusively plaintiff’s personal injury. Mr. Cohn has handled several high-profile cases from inception to conclusion.

An entrepreneur at heart, Professor Cohn earned his undergraduate degree from the Marshall School of Business, Entrepreneur Program at USC. After working several years for a law firm in Newport Beach, Professor Cohn started his own practice in 2003 and later formed Cohn & Swartzon, P.C. with his long-time friend, Saar Swartzon. Professor Cohn prides himself on running the Firm not just as a law firm, but as a business.

Professor Cohn is rated AV Preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell, is a member of the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, and was also selected as a Super Lawyer for 2015. He is also a member of the Orange County Chapter for the Entrepreneurs Organization (EO).
