Anna Lisa Lukes (Biason) earned her Masters in Business Administration with an emphasis in Entrepreneurship from Chapman University in May 2013.
Since 2011, Ms. Lukes has been the Director of Development at
NeighborWorks Orange County, where she plans and implements the fundraising program of a $3.4 million operating budget. As a corporate entrepreneur, she identifies and pursues
new business opportunities and has secured financing for and designed various mission-aligned programs in affordable housing and community development, homelessness prevention, health, and foreclosure prevention, among others. She is a past first-place
winner of the Social Enterprise Institute business plan competition for a project which won the American Bar Association award for Excellence in eLawyering. She holds a Certificate in Nonprofit
Management from Duke University.
