Getting there: As soon as you enroll, begin thinking about your travel plans. Summer is the height of the tourist season, and those who plan ahead will get the best rates on airfares. There are many ways to get to Toulouse, You can fly into Paris or London, and from either city you can take a connecting flight to Toulouse. Or, you can fly into Paris and take the TGV (rapid train) from Paris to Toulouse. The trains run frequently and the trip takes five hours. All travel on the TGV requires a reservation. Book early because the trains tend to be crowded and booked in the summer. Program participants are entirely responsible for arrangement and payment of all travel to and from the program site.
Documents required: For all American students, a passport is required. It must be valid the entire duration of your stay.
