Orientation week will begin on Monday, August 11, 2008 at 8:30 a.m. for full-time students and 5:30 p.m. for part-time students. Monday's program is designed to welcome you to the law school environment and the study of law. You will have an opportunity to meet the law school deans, several faculty members, some upper division students, alumni, and other members of your entering class.
Orientation will continue throughout the first full week of classes. This time is designed to help you make a smooth transition into the demanding law school environment. During the first week, you will be introduced to campus policies, procedures, and facilities. You will also learn important study skills, including how to prepare for class and case briefing.
Below are various links to different documents and schedules to help prepare you for the upcoming orientation period and the beginning of your law school careers.
