Whittier Law School’s Center for Intellectual Property Law and Law Review present “The Law of the Smart Phone,” featuring presentations and panel discussions devoted to the privacy, regulation, economics, and intellectual property issues surrounding smart phone technology. Presenters will include some of the law’s most celebrated scholars and practitioners in new technologies.
