Transcript Request Information

Official Transcripts include all work completed to date at Whittier Law School. Whittier Law School does not provide “UNOFFICIAL” transctripts. Transcripts sent directly to the student will be stamped: “Student Issued”.

Whittier Law School does not provide photocopies of transcripts from other institutions. Transcripts for work completed at other schools must be obtained directly from those institutions.

HOLDS: Transcripts will be withheld for any student who has outstanding financial obligations to the College. We will also withhold for any student who has an administrative hold on their record.

Whittier Law School has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide transcript ordering via the Web. You can order transcripts using any major credit card. Your card will only be charged after your order has been completed.

  • To order an official transcript(s), login to the National Student Clearinghouse Secure Site.
  • The site will walk you through placing your order, sending back your signed authorization to release the transcript, and delivery options and fees.
  • A credit card processing fee will be charged per recipient.
  • You can order as many transcripts as you like in a single session.
  • Order updates will be emailed to you.
  • You can also track your order online.
