My mentor was extremely patient and nurturing. I felt that he truly wanted me to succeed not only at my internship but also in my future career. He gave me much feedback in my writing and allowed room for me to make mistakes that I could ultimately learn from. The energy of the members of the RHS also makes for a non-traditional legal office!
