Q&A with Alisha Winterswyk

Whittier Law School helped to nurture my interest in environmental law by offering me opportunities to explore the field while I was a student. Professors under whom I studied at Whittier Law School were experts in the field of environmental law and environmental justice and were passionate about their work; their passion inspired me. Going beyond my time as a student, Whittier Law School continued to help nurture my interest in environmental law as a practitioner. I have been offered many opportunities to come back to Whittier Law School to speak to students about the field, and this Fall I will begin teaching “California Environmental Law” as an adjunct professor. Whittier Law School has invested in me as a student and as an alumna.
