Whittier Law School
What are a few main features Whittier Law School has to offer in this practice area?
WLS offers a full range of intellectual property classes, including classroom and experiential learning through a wide range of externships. Every year, the school provides tuition-remission fellowships to several incoming students who show promise in IP law, and offers IP certificates to students who complete a curriculum in intellectual property law. The Center for Intellectual Property Law hosts a series of colloquium presentations and a Distinguished Speaker colloquium which are open to the entire law school community. In addition, the WLS Intellectual Property Society — a student-run organization that coordinates closely with the Center for Intellectual Property Law — provides social, educational, and networking opportunities. Perhaps most importantly, WLS has an active and vibrant community of students and faculty who are interested in intellectual property law.
