How long have you been involved with this area of practice and what made you initially interested in this area?
Since graduation, I gravitated towards transactional work in law school. I took a Securities Regulation course with Professor Bill Phelps and served as a law clerk for my firm during the summer between second and third year doing corporate and securities transactional work.
