Q&A with Howard Foss

Today I no longer practice actively, but I keep current in the commercial law field by writing a column for the California State Bar on recent developments in the Commercial Code. These developments occur in the form of judicial decisions interpreting provisions of the Commercial Code as well as legislative amendments to it. The columns appear in the California Business Law Reporter, which is published by the California State Bar and is read by thousands of practicing attorneys in California.
