Question 6

What are a few main features Whittier Law School has to offer in this practice area?

The law school offers the following courses: Environmental Law, California Environmental Law, Natural Resources Seminar, and in the Mexico City Program, which I direct, we have International Environmental Law and The Law of the Mexico-United States Border. Two students annually may enter the State Bar Environmental Negotiations Competition. Beginning this Fall, we will be offering paid internships in cooperation with Orange County Coastkeeper, the largest environmental nonprofit in Orange County and the Inland Empire. Externships for course credit are available in a variety of government agencies, advocacy organizations, and the private sector in Southern California and Mexico.
