Professor Frisby is a partner at Weed & Co. LLP, a corporate and securities transactional law firm based in Newport Beach, California. She counsels public and private companies in securities transactions, mergers & acquisitions and general corporate matters.

Along with being a member of the State Bar of California, Professor Frisby maintains memberships in the Orange County Bar Association and the American Bar Association. She is a member of the Editorial Board for the Business Law News and the Annual Report for the Business Law Section of the California State Bar. Professor Frisby is also an adjunct professor at Western State College of Law where she has taught Professional Skills II and Contracts Drafting.
