Thomas Gray is a partner in the Orange County office of Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe, LLP. He is a member of the firm’s Intellectual Property Group and focuses on intellectual property litigation with an emphasis on Internet issues and trade secret litigation and counseling. Professor Gray has extensive experience litigating and trying complex matters involving trade secrets, patents, trademarks, license agreements and other commercial disputes.
