Professor Rosenblatt joined the Whittier faculty in 2009. Following law school, she practiced intellectual property litigation with Irell & Manella in Los Angeles, where she specialized in the areas of patent, trademark, copyright, and entertainment law. Following practice, she was a Fellow in Intellectual Property Law at UCLA School of Law and an Adjunct Professor of Trademark Law at USC Gould School of Law. She was selected for inclusion in Los Angeles Magazine’s Southern California “Rising Stars” in 2007 and 2008.

Professor Rosenblatt’s research interests include intellectual property law (including copyright, patent, and trademark), entertainment law, and gender/sexuality law.
