David Berstein has partnered with fellow WLS alum Eric Goodman (2000) in forming GOODMAN MOONEY & BERSTEIN, LLP. They’ve practiced together since 2005, but in 2011 Berstein became Goodman’s litigation partner. They practice intellectual property and business law along with partner Amanda Mooney (former WLS adjunct professor of Copyright Law) in Irvine, California. Their firm represents brands such as Too Faced Cosmetics, Volcom, Baja Fish Tacos and Voluspa Candles.
