Fulwider Patton LLP is pleased to announce that Jessica L. Brookhart-Knost has rejoined the Los Angeles firm as an associate specializing in the prosecution of trademarks and copyrights, as well as the litigation of trademarks, copyrights, patents and related business issues of unfair competition.
Jessica was previously an associate at Fulwider Patton from 2006 to 2008 and left the firm for two years to relocate to Reno, NV.“The firm is delighted with Jessica’s return and the support she lends with her strong background in trademark prosecution, licensing and unfair competition causes,” said Fulwider Patton partner Vern Schooley.
Jessica is a 2002 graduate of the University of Miami with two B.S. degrees in Communications/Film and Art/Photography, and she received her law degree from Whittier Law School in 2006 with a certificate in Intellectual Property. While at Whittier, she served on Law Review and on the Moot Court Honors Board, earning the distinction of Most Outstanding Member of both organizations in 2006.
She is admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit, the U.S. Court of Appeals Federal Circuit, and the U.S. District Court for Central California.
