Intellectual Property Externships

Whittier Law School has an active externship program that allows students to gain actual legal experience through for-credit placements with private law firms, companies, and non-profit organizations that focus on intellectual property.

Southern California offers a wealth of opportunities for externships in intellectual property in many areas, including high-tech, entertainment, and licensing.
