“Do As One” Playshop,

Breathing is the life force of your being and empowers every cell in your body, every activity of your awareness and every action that you make. Join us to activate the potential in the most simple, yet superhero force that you own…your breathing. The power of breathing together will inspire people in a mindful, heartful, soulful way to apply consciousness and life energy to build a world that works for everyone. Living peace means creating peace where you stand and beaming it out to the world through your life. Breathing consciously and then doing it together with others, brings about soul peace at a cellular level, personally and then adjoins it with others as we create a greater peace for the entire planet.
