Fee Waivers

Whittier Law School recognizes that applying to law school can be a financial burden for some. Because of that, Whittier allows for a waiver of the application fees. There are two ways to obtain a fee waiver:

1. If you have already received a fee waiver through LSDAS, then you can mail, fax or scan and email us a copy of your LSDAS fee waiver letter. For faster processing, scanning the letter and attaching it to an email is preferred. Once received and verified, you will receive a fee waiver code via email. That code should be entered at the end of the online application process and then a fee waiver will be applied to your account.

2. If you do not have the LSDAS fee waiver, you can complete the Whittier Law School fee waiver form and submit it to us along with your supporting documentation (via mail, fax or email as noted above).
