Student Health Insurance

Graduate students at Whittier Law School are not required to have student health insurance, however, we encourage students to consider health insurance coverage. There are many private plans to choose from such as Blue Cross Blue Shield (www.bluecrossblueshield.com), Health Net (www.healthnet.com), Aetna Advantage Plans (MyHealthCA@Aetna.com - Priority code 1001) and Kaiser (www.kaiserpermanente.org). Most of these companies offer affordable health and dental plans. The following are also student health plans to consider:

The student insurance is underwritten by United HealthCare Insurance Company. For more information and to view the insurance plan go to www.uhcsr.com/ABA
